We are thrilled to announce four key leadership appointments within our HR team, strengthening our commitment to operational excellence, collaboration, and employee support. Not only do these individuals excel in their respectives areas of responsibility, they are all current ACC HR employees. We’re proud to be able to offer them opportunities to grow their leadership skills.

Kelly Clennan has accepted the position of Total Rewards Supervisor, where she will enhance our approach to benefits, retirement programs, and employee wellness initiatives. Her expertise in program management and compliance will strengthen our total rewards strategy.
Prisca Baker steps into the role of Shared Services Supervisor, leveraging over 20 years of HR and payroll experience—16 of those in higher education. Her deep understanding of HR systems and processes will help elevate operations and refine the recruit-to-hire process.
Lisa Griggs will become our Shared Services Lead, bringing strong problem-solving skills and a passion for collaboration. Since joining ACC in 2022, she has played a key role in streamlining hiring processes and mentoring colleagues.
Anna Carrasco has accepted the role of Shared Services Lead. A SHRM-certified professional, she has been instrumental in improving our tools and resources, demonstrating exceptional leadership in employee benefits administration and process improvement.
These hires are reflected in the red organizational chart below. It was achieved by repurposing vacancies — including what were previously more senior roles — to enhance front-line service and support.
