Reclassification Review Process

As ACC continues to grow and the work required of non-faculty staff is impacted, the college seeks to ensure that it maintains a competitive workforce through its compensation and benefits program. The objective of a Reclassification Review is to make adjustments where the job description no longer represents the work being done.

Supervisors may request a Reclassification Review of positions in their supervisory organization at any time, however actions will not be taken until requests can be reviewed by the Compensation & Classification study, led by Guidehouse consultants, which aims to align the College’s structure and compensation practices in support of our Theory of Change.
