Riverbats Bravo Award

The Riverbats Employee Bravo Award program recognizes employees whose actions reflect exemplary customer service as demonstrated by excellent communication, collaboration, or responsiveness in support of the mission, vision, and values of ACC.

Employees are recognized during campus receptions, as identified in the nomination timeline. Any member of the college community may nominate any ACC employee they believe has demonstrated exemplary customer service as defined by the program’s criteria. There are three recognition levels for this program. Every employee classification at the college is eligible to receive a Level 1: Bravo award. Nominations that are received for employees who are eligible to advance to Level 2 and Level 3 are reviewed by the Evaluation Committee. Each nomination is reviewed by the committee members and scored based on the Bravo award criteria

This program began in 2011.  The Human Resources Office administers the program and ensures that it is efficient and transparent, and that nomination notifications are timely.
