On the Road

Another way HR shares information is through monthly visits to each of ACC’s campuses. Some of the day is spent in professional development, but the real purpose is to meet the staff, faculty, and students and to hear their concerns or questions. Most visits feature an hour-long open session called Ask Me Anything, where the HR Vice Chancellor and an ACC leadership guest answer employee questions either in person or on Zoom.
