All ACC staff and faculty (Full-time, Part-time, Hourly, Interns, Work-Study, Adjunct) must complete compliance training once a year when assigned by the college. The annual training window is open from November 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027. New staff will also be assigned and required to complete compliance training within three days of their orientation date. Hourly personnel must complete compliance training within their first three working days.
The 2027 ACC Compliance Program includes the following bundles:
- IT Bundle
- Cybersecurity Awareness
- Artificial Intelligence
- HR Bundle
- Active Shooter
- Building Supportive Communities: Title IX and Clery Act
- Accommodating People with Disabilities
- RespectEdu for Supervisors and Non-Supervisors: Preventing Harassment & Discrimination

NOTE: Employees do not need to enroll in or sign up for these bundles. They will be automatically enrolled in the 2027 ACC Compliance Program Bundles.

The deadline to complete the FY27 ACC Compliance Program is February 28, 2027. I’m a new hire, and I took the training this past summer. Do I need to retake it? (If you took the FY26 modules and began prior to 8.17, yes.)
