If you’re an ACC supervisor needing to post a job opening, please download and complete the Essential Posting Request Form (PDF) to begin the approval process. Only digital signatures will be accepted (no typewritten signatures). See the instructions below for completing the form:

  • Before you begin, you must have access to Adobe Acrobat. If you are logged into the ACC system you have access to Adobe Creative Cloud where you can upload Adobe Creative free on work and home computers.
  • Download the document and save it to your computer as a PDF
  • Retrieve the document and fill out the information needed within the fillable fields. When clicking on the digital signature line, you will be prompted to insert your signature. 
  • If you have not used a digital signature on your current computer, you will need to authenticate your signature with a password and pick one of three signature options
  • To sign, Save the document (again as a PDF), which will add your signature with a date stamp in the field.
  • Once saved, forward to the next-level approver for their completion and signature.
