ACC employees may make most benefit plan changes online through the Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) or Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) website or the insurance plan provider. You may be required to submit a paper form and/or additional documentation. Contact the HR Benefits Office at: hrbenefits@austincc.edu for assistance if you are unable to locate the necessary process or form for making a benefit change.
