Clean your house in the Spring … clean your files in the Fall!

You have a new task in Workday to make sure all your information is up to date before the end of the year. Check your contact information, including name, address, and emergency contact info.

This is also a great time to go paperless! By opting for electronic delivery of your W-2 and 1095-C forms, you’ll receive forms faster than you would by mail, your information is protected in Workday’s secure environment, and you”ll have quick and easy access to your forms,, reducing the risk of delays or lost mail.

Follow the instructions below to update your printing preferences and contact details. Once finished, don’t forget to submit this task.

W-2 Form (Paperless Election)
1. Select the My Tax Documents link 
2. Click Edit in the Tax Forms Printing Elections grid.
3. Choose the option: “Receive electronic copy of my Year-End Tax Documents.”
4. Click OK and Done.

1095-C Form (Paperless Election)
1. Select the My ACA Forms link. 
2. Click the Change 1095-C Printing Election Button 
3. Choose the option “Receive electronic copy of 1095-C”

Update Emergency Contacts
1. Select the Update Emergency Contacts link
2. Click the Edit Pencil to the right of each section for any information that needs to be updated or added.
3. Click Submit to Save

Update Home Address and Contact Information
1. Select the Update Home Address and Contact Information link.
2. Click the Edit Pencil to the right of each section for any information that needs to be updated or added
3. Click Submit to Save
