Rights and Responsibilities – For Employees

At Austin Community College, every employee contributes to a respectful, equitable, and productive workplace. This page outlines what employees and supervisors can expect of each other and how to uphold ACC’s values of Courage, Compassion, Joy, and Yes.

Performance and conduct are equally important. Clear communication, accountability, and mutual respect are the foundation for success at work and in service to our students.
