HR’S new Business Partners are a big step closer to becoming fixtures across ACC’s 12 working campuses. Over the past two weeks, the Partners have introduced themselves, explained their roles, toured campuses, and started to get to know the staff and faculty members working there.
An FAQ on the HR Business Partners webpage will continue to be updated with questions raised during the BP visits.
The Business Partners plan to spend one day each week at their assigned campuses. They’ll spend the first few visits on a travel path, making sure they check in with as many people as possible to see if there are any needs. Soon, they’ll settle into an open-door office space where staff can feel free to have private conversations.
