Full-time staff, faculty, and eligible adjunct faculty may qualify for family and medical leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
To be eligible, you must have:
- Worked for ACC for at least 12 months, and
- Logged at least 1,250 hours during the past 12 months.
Eligible employees can take up to 12 weeks of job-protected leave for approved family or medical reasons. ACC tracks FMLA leave on a “rolling” 12-month basis — looking back from the date your leave begins (except for military caregiver leave).
