Riverbats Bravo Award nominations are accepted twice a year: August 15 – November 15, and January 15 – April 15. Access the Bravo award nomination form here.
The nomination form for any Riverbats Employee Bravo Awards program will appear here only when nominations are being accepted. You must be logged into your ACCmail account to complete the form. Submit one nomination form per person (group nominations are not permitted). Nominations will not be accepted if the online form is not used.
Nominations should describe how the employee demonstrates exemplary customer service as outlined by the Bravo Award criteria. Once the nomination form is submitted, it is used by the evaluation committee to determine Level 2 and Level 3 awardees.
