It takes a village to recruit a new ACC Riverbat, especially those hired to educate, shape, and broaden the Hiring Full-Time Faculty.
Human Resources partners with academic departments to recruit faculty candidates, and we are thrilled to have new and veteran ACC faculty and employees participate in hiring. The following resources will help you navigate the process.
The recruiting season varies based on when you are hiring for, and the busiest times tend to be September and then again in January/February.
It will be especially critical for hiring committees to complete the hiring of their vacant positions as early as reasonably possible for a positive experience for all. ACC uses the Workday system to manage the hiring of new faculty, adjunct, staff, hourly, and work-study students. We want to ensure new employees have a smooth onboarding process and proper access to ACC systems to begin their instructional endeavors.
