Mandatory Employee Training
All ACC staff and faculty (Full-time, Part-time, Hourly, Interns, Work-Study, Adjunct) must complete compliance training once a year when assigned by the college. The annual training window is open from November-February. New staff will also be assigned and required to complete compliance training within three days of their orientation date. Hourly personnel are required to complete compliance training within their first three working days.
The 2026 ACC Compliance Program includes the following courses:
- Cybersecurity Awareness
- Active Shooter
- Building Supportive Communities: Title IX and Clery Act
- Accommodating People with Disabilities
- RespectEdu for Supervisors and Non-Supervisors: Preventing Harassment & Discrimination
NOTE: Employees do not need to enroll in or sign up for these courses. They will be automatically enrolled in the 2026 ACC Compliance Program.

To successfully complete the compliance courses, use Google Chrome as your web browser.
The deadline to complete the FY26 ACC Compliance Program is February 28, 2026. All employees must recertify, even if they last completed compliance in 2025 in the summer or fall.
