Facilities Maintenance & Operations is responsible for maintaining college facilities across the District. Our mission is to provide an appealing, clean, healthy, and well-maintained physical environment for students, employees, and visitors through an innovative approach that upholds the college’s standards and responsibilities to our community.
Our Departments

Buildings & Grounds
The Buildings & Grounds Office is responsible for the maintenance of facilities and landscaping services for ACC campuses and centers. We
take care of carpentry, paint, pest control, general maintenance, grounds, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofs, building signage, etc.

Campus Administration
Campus Administration includes campus managers and coordinators who oversee our daily operations of all ACC campuses and centers across the district.

Facilities Support (Custodial)
Facilities Support Services cleans and maintains district facilities from the interior to the curb of the parking lot. We are responsible for maintaining high quality standards to ensure a clean, health working and learning environment.
