Our mission is to provide an appealing, clean, healthy, and well-maintained physical environment for students, employees, and visitors through an innovative approach that upholds the college’s standards and responsibilities to our community.

Buildings & Grounds
The Buildings & Grounds Office is responsible for the maintenance of facilities and landscaping services for ACC campuses and centers. We
take care of carpentry, paint, pest control, general maintenance, grounds, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofs, building signage, etc.

Campus Administration
Campus Administration includes campus managers and coordinators who oversee our daily operations of all ACC campuses and centers across the district. You can find us on the Campus Administration and Center Operations webpages.

Duplication & Printer Services
Duplication Services is a one-stop shop for faculty and staff printing needs. Our central duplication operations are located at ACC Highland with remote copying stations districtwide.

Our role is to assist employees with identifying the appropriate physical and work environment modifications needed to help create an ergonomic-friendly work environment. Through assessment, adjustments, and /or equipment, trained Campus Operations staff partner with Human Resources to ensure our employees have what they need to succeed.

Events & Room Rentals
ACC spaces can be used for internal and external community events. Our events team will assist with event coordination, design, food services, linens, flowers, and more.

Facilities Support (Custodial)
Facilities Support Services cleans and maintains district facilities from the interior to the curb of the parking lot. We are responsible for maintaining high quality standards to ensure a clean, health working and learning environment.

Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment
The FF&E Team manages the purchases and installation of furniture and equipment across the District. The Furniture Fixtures and Equipment Project Management team works to maintain quality of standards of performance, functionality, and cost across the District by applying ACC Quality Control guidelines and enforcing project standards.
