If a sponsor is paying your ACC tuition (i.e. an employer, a government agency, or a third-party), they must complete the authorization process before you register.
- Please contact Bill to Pay via email at accspons@austincc.edu to start the sponsorship process and we will inform you if ACC has an existing relationship with that sponsor.
- Before registering, please confirm with your sponsor that ACC has approved the sponsor agreement and received the required documentation.
[N.B.: If you register before the sponsor is approved, you could be dropped from your classes. You are responsible for paying any amount not covered by the sponsor by the payment deadline.]
If your sponsored billing is through the V.A office and especially Post-9/11 GI Bill® (Chapter 33), and you need to confirm your status please contact veterans@austincc.edu. More info on the Veteran Services‘ page.
