NOTICE: Changes to Parking & Transportation Services
The Parking & Transportation Department has been discontinued as part of college-wide restructuring efforts. We thank you for the opportunity to support our students, staff, and faculty over the years.
What’s Changing?
- The Parking & Transportation Department is no longer in operation.
- ACC students, staff, and guests are no longer required to have a parking permit to park on ACC property.
- Most parking-related responsibilities (e.g., campus parking needs and day-to-day logistics) are now overseen by each campus’s Campus Management Department.
Who Do I Contact Now?
- For parking-related requests or questions, please contact Campus Management for your specific campus.
- To report illegal/unsafe parking (e.g., parked vehicle blocking road/traffic) contact the ACC Police Department.
Parking Lot Rentals & Risk-Related Questions
If your parking request involves any of the following, Campus Management will coordinate directly with Risk & Fleet Management to determine what options may be available:
- Renting parking lots
- Events requiring risk assessment or mitigation
- Special parking & transportation agreements
Be Safe
You can call ACC Police at (512) 223-1231. Our officers are always available to escort you to your car. Always have your keys ready when you approach your vehicle, and keep your doors locked even when sitting inside your car. Vehicles and contents are left at the owner’s risk. ACC does not accept responsibility for theft or damage to your vehicle or its contents.
