The Executive Vice Chancellor (EVC) of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic leadership and stewardship of the college’s financial resources and leads a broad range of finance and administrative functions, including: the Budget Office, Business Services, Facilities Management, IT, and the District Police.
As a member of the Chancellor’s Cabinet, the EVC advises the Board of Trustees, the Chancellor and other leadership on:
- Financial Planning: budget development, investments, and resource control
- Operations: IT services, personnel, and administrative strategy
- Infrastructure: bond construction projects, and facilities management
