At ACC’s Equal Opportunity Compliance Office, we understand that every situation is unique, and we are committed to providing personalized support to each individual we work with. Our staff recognizes the diverse needs of victims of discrimination and harassment across the College.
To address these needs, we provide individualized connections to resources, including counseling, health and mental health services, victim advocacy, legal assistance, visa and immigration support, student financial aid, and other pertinent services. It’s important to note that the college may not offer resources in every category mentioned. However, we have compiled a comprehensive list of community and national resources that can provide additional support. Our goal is to ensure that everyone receives tailored assistance with compassion, care, and professionalism to help individuals navigate their specific circumstances.
Individuals affected by sexual harassment, sex and gender-based discrimination, sexual assault, interpersonal violence, and stalking can reference the Notice of Victim Rights & Options webpage. Find additional information in the Equal Opportunity Resource Guide, an overview of resources and options to prevent and respond to any discrimination and harassment reported by students or employees.
