Consent Campaign
The Spring 2024 Consent Campaign showcased updated posters on campus. Please reach out to the EOC if you would like additional posters.
Healthy Relationships: Recognizing Toxic Behaviors
District Mental Health Counselors and Equal Opportunity Compliance staff facilitated a conversation highlighting behaviors in relationships that can be unhealthy, and even toxic.
Take Back the Night
Take Back the Night (TBTN) featured a keynote and exercises to practice mindfulness by Bri Liu from YWCA Greater Austin. The ACC Mental Health Counselors facilitated a Speak Out session that created a space of support and care.
Clothesline Project
Students at the Elgin and Eastview campuses participated in the Clothesline Project, decorating t-shirts to build a powerful visual display bringing awareness to sexual assault and domestic violence. Shirts decorated this year will be displayed in next year’s programs!
