Dear Colleagues,
I want to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who completed their required compliance training program. Through our collective action, we rocketed to new highs.
Data show more than 5,400 of you completed your compliance training as of today — that’s an impressive 94% of all employees. Last year, only 51% had completed their required training.
I know we will reach 100% in short order. HR will follow up this week with individuals who need to finish their courses and will work with managers to ensure everyone completes compliance training over the next week.
As promised, employees who completed their training early (prior to February 13) are eligible for a special raffle to join me for lunch. I’d love to hear more about your work and your ideas for our College. Four lucky winners will be announced at the next Town Hall meeting on Friday, March 13. I hope you will tune in for the conversation and to hear whose names were pulled.
