Fellow Trustees, At the recent national meeting of the Association of Community College Trustees, I heard thoughtful presentations of successful community college strategies for creating access to affordable housing, an issue of importance to Central Texas. One near Portland, Oregon is a partnership with a seasoned non-profit. The other is a a college's variety of pilots in the Arizona county centered on Prescott.
