Nina Means
Nina Means is the inaugural Director of ACC Fashion Incubator, a department that educates, incubates, and accelerates business-minded fashion entrepreneurs. Nina is passionate about empowering emerging fashion businesses, fostering strategic partnerships, and bridging the gap between creativity and commerce.
She has successfully launched and managed three core programs: The Future of Fashion, a virtual series sponsored by Macy’s, the Designers-in-Residence Incubator program, and ATX+EGYPT global fashion exchange accelerator, sponsored by the U.S. Embassy Cairo.
She serves as chair of the Badging Subcommittee for student-facing, competency-based micro-credentials under the Curriculum and Programs committee. As a doctoral student at the University of Texas at Austin, her research considers the strategies and characteristics of equitably designed micro-credential programs and digital transformation of the higher education business model.
She is the proud single mom of one rambunctious little boy and serves her local church.
