If you decide not to pursue a Workers\u2019 Compensation claim, please respond to the original email with the following statement:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>\u201cI, &lt;Your Full Name&gt;, the injured employee, choose not to file a Workers\u2019 Compensation Claim for the injury reported at this time. I understand that this decision will halt all further claim processing by the ACC Risk Management Department.
