Insurance Company Details<\/a><\/p><div class=\"toggle_container\"><div class=\"block\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information about the insurance company providing the coverage, including their name, address, and contact information.<\/p>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"list\"><p class=\"trigger\"><a href=\"#\">III. Policy Types and Numbers<\/a><\/p><div class=\"toggle_container\"><div class=\"block\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The COI specifies the types of insurance policies in effect, such as general liability, workers&#8217; compensation, professional liability, auto liability, etc. Each policy is identified by its unique policy number.<\/p>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"list\"><p class=\"trigger\"><a href=\"#\">IV.
