You must be on an ACC computer or on the ACC network. If you are not on the ACC network, you will need your email password to access. <\/p>\n<p>You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print PDF forms.&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/get.adobe.com\/reader\/\" target=\"_blank\">Download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Electronic Documents<\/h2>\n<p>Official records are stored in <a href=\"https:\/\/offices.austincc.edu\/records-and-information-management\/document-imaging\/\">Box for ACC<\/a>, the college\u2019s cloud-based enterprise content management system. Your supervisor can submit a Technical Support Services request to give you access to Box for ACC. The request should include the name(s) and contact emails for the employees needing access. With access to Box, division managers and directors can share content folders directly.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ACC Forms Directory<\/h2>\n<p>Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/a\/austincc.edu\/acc-forms-inventory\/home\">ACC Forms Inventory<\/a> for a list of all college forms.
