ACC’s Office of Public Affairs builds and oversees relationships that strengthen partnerships within our community and governmental agencies. Our work is focused on ensuring public policy aligns well with the college’s mission to provide open access to higher education to all Central Texans who seek it. We support community-based organizations, work closely with lawmakers and community leaders, and serve as the college’s primary liaison to Board-appointed regional advisory committees.

The Elections Office is responsible for conducting elections to elect members of the ACC Board of Trustees, to levy taxes, and for annexation issues. Learn more.
