Communications Studies has developed a handy template that is shared here for you to use as you see fit:<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=0B8Ggb5nBvy8cQkF1YUVYWEtqdlk\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Assessment Results Tracking Document<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Its use is not required, but it can be helpful. There are also tools built into TracDat that can be activated.
