Employment verifications are processed with a written request only.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is provided upon request?<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dates of employment<\/li>\n<li>Title<\/li>\n<li>Employment history (all positions, dates, and salary since date of hire)<\/li>\n<li>Gross salary for the past 2 years<\/li>\n<li>Year-to-date salary<\/li>\n<li>Annual salary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:&nbsp;<\/strong>A request from an outside business must have the signature of the employee to authorize the release of the information.<\/p>\n<p>A request from an employee may be emailed from their ACCmail address or may be requested in writing with the employee&#8217;s signature.
