Clear communication, accountability, and mutual respect are the foundation for success at work and in service to our students.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Employee Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As an ACC employee, you are expected to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform your duties professionally and to the best of your ability.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate respectfully and constructively with students, colleagues, and supervisors.<\/li>\n<li>Follow College policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in coaching and performance feedback discussions.<\/li>\n<li>Seek clarification when expectations are unclear.<\/li>\n<li>Report workplace concerns or violations appropriately and in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Employees are encouraged to take an active role in resolving misunderstandings early and to reach out for support when needed.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Supervisor Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Supervisors play a key role in shaping a healthy work environment.
