The program also won the MHWC Moving the Needle Award for the second time in 2026 \u2014 after first winning it in 2022. These achievements illustrate the College\u2019s commitment to physical activity and other categories of wellness, including healthy eating, tobacco-free living, and <a href=\"https:\/\/mhwcaustin.org\/get-certified\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">more<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Explore <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/wellness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this page<\/a> to find tips for finances, exercise, stress management, and wellness overall.
