The objective of a&nbsp;Reclassification Review is to make adjustments where the job description no longer&nbsp;represents the work being done. <\/p>\n<p>Supervisors may request a Reclassification Review of positions in their supervisory&nbsp;organization at any time, however actions will not be taken until requests can be reviewed by the Compensation &amp; Classification study, led by Guidehouse consultants, which aims to align the College&#8217;s structure and compensation practices in support of our Theory of Change.<\/p>\n<p>Your HR Business Partner is a resource for thought-partnership and guidance.
