Supervisors may request a Reclassification Review of positions in their supervisory organization at any time, however actions will not be taken until requests can be reviewed by the Compensation & Classification study, led by Guidehouse consultants, which aims to align the College’s structure and compensation practices in support of our Theory of Change.<\/p>\n
