<\/figure>\n<\/div>\nDawn Hatten is an investigator of sorts. But instead of studying people, she studies processes. Which ones work, which don’t, and which new processes we need to implement. All of these processes are aimed at making what we do at ACC more efficient and easy to understand.<\/p>\n
Dawn has been with ACC for four years and is currently serving as the Business Processes and Initiatives Team Lead. She uses data from Workday to gather insights and improve business processes. While Dawn enjoys the technical aspects of data analysis and process improvement, she especially values and excels in connecting people to processes.<\/p>\n
Dawn draws from her decades-long experience in learning, development, and corporate training to map processes and visualize workflows. She is a certified Kaizen Leader and Change Management Professional, with a background that includes project management and heading a research and survey design team.<\/p>\n
Dawn holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Business Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to Norway, hiking, backpacking, attending live entertainment events, and spending time with her large family, which includes three daughters and nine grandchildren.<\/p>\n
