June 21, 2024<\/h4>\n<\/p>\n

Open Enrollment is the period each year in which you can make changes to your ACC benefits without a life-changing event. Navigating the options and translating insurance-speak can be daunting, so we’ve set up several information sessions to walk you through it and answer your questions.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, June 26, at 10:30 a.m. at the Presentation Hall in Highland, you’re invited to the ERS Summer Enrollment Fair,<\/strong> where you can enter to win prizes, shop for goodies at vendors’ tables, and snap a pic with RB! If you can’t be there in person, we’ll have a livestream of the main presentation.<\/p>\n

Here are the dates, times, and registration links to remember:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

No registration needed for either session<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n

Now is the time to review your current elections on your ERS webpage.<\/p>\n

  1. Open the ERS Summer Enrollment webpage<\/a> and review general information such as enrollment guides, webinars, and other plan year materials.<\/li>\n
  2. To see your personal information, click on the My Account Login <\/strong>brown button at the top right.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the Proceed to Login<\/strong> brown button on the left.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter User Name and Password<\/strong> and click Sign In<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Browse the links under My Insurance Information<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    When you’re ready to make changes, <\/strong>here’s a step-by-step set of instructions<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    You have until July 5 <\/strong>to make changes, which will become effective September 1, 2024.<\/p>\n
