ACC’s HR Business Partners (HRBPs) make regular visits to their designated campuses, fostering direct interactions and addressing HR inquiries effectively for everyone at ACC. <\/p>\n

The Business Partners serve as a liaison between ACC’s many departments and the HR home office. They help HR anticipate issues and respond proactively. They act as consultants for managers who are navigating complicated staffing situations. And — not insignificantly — their smiles and accessibility on our campuses put a friendly face on Human Resources. We are here to serve you.<\/p>\n

NEW SERVICE:<\/strong> Each of the HR BPs has been paired with an expert from our Professional Development team to manage needs related to staff growth and leadership development. If your team would benefit from customer service training, managing employees, or becoming more efficient, the Business Partners now have a direct connection to Inelia Camanque, Matthew Castilleja, Martha Dorow, and Professional Development Director Dr. Lora Delgado<\/strong><\/em> to make it happen.<\/em><\/p>\n
