You should register for a Blue Access for Members<sup>\u2120<\/sup> online account. To register:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.healthselectoftexas.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.healthselectoftexas.com<\/a>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Click the log in button at the top right of the homepage.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the directions in the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once registered, you will be able to log in from your phone, computer or tablet any time to:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>order a replacement ID card or print a temporary card<\/li>\n<li>check claims status<\/li>\n<li>review Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements<\/li>\n<li>confirm employee and dependent coverage<\/li>\n<li>find a doctor or hospital and get driving directions using Provider Finder\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>use the Provider Finder tool to research and estimate costs for common health care services and treatments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact BCBSTX <\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can find general information and answers to questions about the plan on the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bcbstx.com\/hs\" target=\"_blank\">Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas HealthSelect<\/a> website. &nbsp;A BCBSTX Personal Health Assistant can answer questions and provide information by phone or live chat. To speak with a Personal Health Assistant, call 800-252-8039 toll-free, Monday &#8211; Friday 7 a.m. &#8211; 7 p.m. CT or Saturday 7 a.m. &#8211; 3 p.m. CT.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HealthSelect Prescription Drug Program<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For questions about benefits, claims, or other details about the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.optumrx.com\/oe_ers\/landing\" target=\"_blank\">HealthSelect Prescription Drug Program<\/a>, call OptumRx, the plan&#8217;s administrator, toll-free at 855-828-9834.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medical and Prescription Drug ID Cards<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas will mail ID cards to members and covered dependents enrolled in HealthSelect<sup>SM<\/sup>&nbsp;of Texas and Consumer Directed HealthSelect<sup>SM<\/sup>. OptumRx will mail prescription drug ID cards. You should receive both ID cards within a month of enrollment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ID cards will be mailed to the address ERS has on file.
