{"id":562,"date":"2024-05-29T21:50:19","date_gmt":"2024-05-29T21:50:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/offices.austincc.edu\/college-relations-and-marketing\/?p=562"},"modified":"2024-05-29T21:53:12","modified_gmt":"2024-05-29T21:53:12","slug":"fy24-approval-deadlines-for-acc-branded-merchandise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/offices.austincc.edu\/college-relations-and-marketing\/news-and-updates\/fy24-approval-deadlines-for-acc-branded-merchandise\/","title":{"rendered":"FY24 approval deadlines for ACC-branded merchandise\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ACC Purchasing\u2019s requisition cutoff date for FY24 is July 19th, 2024.<strong> <\/strong>You must receive brand approval from the Office of College Relations and Marketing (OCRM) prior to submitting a \u201cperfected requisition\u201d to P2P.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vendors and departments must submit merchandise mockups (proofs) to OCRM no later than 5 p.m. on the following dates:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>July 5<\/strong> &#8211; For items requiring specialized design, customized graphics or non-standard logos<\/li>\n<li><strong>July 12 <\/strong>&#8211; For items that include an official ACC district or department logo\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Approval requests received after these deadlines will be held for the FY25 fiscal year and reviewed starting September 1.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All Purchasing and PO status questions should be directed to <a href=\"https:\/\/offices.austincc.edu\/business-services\/procure-to-pay\/\">Business Services Procure to Pay<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please read and follow the Instructions at <a href=\"https:\/\/offices.austincc.edu\/college-relations-and-marketing\/how-to-guides\/how-to-order-acc-branded-merchandise\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"179\">How to Order ACC Branded Merchandise<\/a>, and contact an approved merchandise vendor as soon as possible to make FY24 purchases.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ACC Purchasing\u2019s requisition cutoff date for FY24 is July 19th, 2024.
