<\/div><\/p>\nThe Office of College Relations & Marketing (OCRM) and ACCTV manage the digital signage displayed on flat-screen TVs at each ACC campus. These slides are updated weekly to inform students, faculty, and staff about important events and deadlines.<\/p>\n
Deadline to submit slides: Friday at 8 a.m.<\/strong> for the following Monday or your desired run week. <\/p>\nSlides must conform to ACC\u2019s digital signage rules and meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\n- Slides must be JPG or PNG format, 1920 x 1080 pixels in a horizontal orientation.<\/li>\n
- Use the following naming convention: eventorslidename_semester_year.png or .jpg<\/li>\n
- Text must be 30 words or fewer and readable from 10 feet away.<\/li>\n
- Text must meet\u00a0ACC style guidelines<\/a>.<\/li>\n
- Slides must have a call to action, such as \u201cJOIN US\u201d or \u201cRSVP HERE.\u201d<\/li>\n
- Include pertinent event info (event name, date, time, place), with either a contact email, or a shortened URL (bitly or tinyurl), or a QR Code.<\/li>\n
- All QR codes<\/a> must also have an accompanying written-out URL for accessibility<\/li>\n
- Use contrasting text and background colors.<\/li>\n
- Include an approved department logo. Follow logo usage guidelines<\/a> for all logos.\u00a0Only two slides can be submitted at one time.\u00a0Only ACC departments or organizations; no personal or non-ACC signs permitted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
