Dear Students,<\/p>\n

Austin Community College District is aware of the recent court decision impacting undocumented students in Texas. We know this news may cause concern and uncertainty, and I want you to know we are actively working with our legal team to fully understand what this means for our College, our community, and most importantly, you \u2013 our students.<\/p>\n

Our students \u2014 including those without documentation \u2014 are vital to our College and our community. You deserve dignity, opportunity, and support. All students deserve this. We remain deeply committed to walking with you through this change. We will always follow the law, and we’ll continue to do everything we can to support all students on their path to a better future.<\/p>\n

We don\u2019t yet know exactly when any changes from this ruling could go into effect. For now, we have time to assess and understand the full scope of impact, and we\u2019re working to identify resources that can help all students navigate this change. My promise to you is that you\u2019ll know more as soon as we know more.<\/p>\n

In the meantime, I want all our students to know we\u2019re here for you. If you have questions about possible impacts on your tuition <\/strong>related to this ruling, we have developed a special hotline. Please call 512-223-7548 Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you have questions about social services or legal support<\/strong>, please call 512-223-6139.<\/p>\n

If you simply want someone to talk with during this time, remember ACC offers support resources. Students can connect with ACC\u2019s Mental Health Counseling team<\/a> to schedule an in-person or virtual session.\u00a0<\/p>\n
