Our key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Calculating Pay: <\/strong>Using advanced payroll systems and methodologies, we calculate compensation for ACC employees, taking into account factors such as hourly rates, overtime, benefits, and deductions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Financial and Retirement Reporting<\/strong>: Our team generates comprehensive financial and retirement reports, providing valuable insights into payroll expenses, retirement contributions, and tax withholdings. Additionally, we perform accounting functions to record wages, overtime, benefit pay, period activity pay, allowances, and taxes withheld accurately.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment Distribution:<\/strong> We primarily distribute payments via direct deposit, offering a convenient and secure method for employees to receive their compensation in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tracking Hours Worked: <\/strong>We meticulously track the hours worked by faculty, staff, and student workers, ensuring accurate recording of attendance and labor hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"list\"><p class=\"trigger\"><a href=\"#\">How Does H2R Make a Difference?<\/a><\/p><div class=\"toggle_container\"><div class=\"block\"><\/p>\n<p>Timely and accurate payroll processing is essential for fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee success at ACC.
