You can choose to have ACC process your request immediately or when final grades are posted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Clear any student holds before requesting an official transcript.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Online<\/h3>\n<p>Log in to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/myacc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MyACC<\/a>&nbsp;with your&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/help\/acceid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ACCeID and ACCeID password<\/a>&nbsp;and follow the instructions to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/online-services\/official-transcript-request\">request an official transcript<\/a>. Allow one business day for online requests.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order in Person<\/h3>\n<p>In-person orders are processed immediately.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1GMw65W2bwZ-cNfV6UoLNc68q1y07o6jI\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">transcript release form<\/a>&nbsp;at any campus&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/campus-contacts?field_contact_office_or_dept_value%5B%5D=Admissions+%26+Records\">Admissions and Records Office<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Show a valid photo ID or driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<li>See instructions below to authorize others to pick up your transcripts<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>If someone other than you picks up your transcript,<\/strong> they will need the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1SUuiW6GzfZLHFo_8fuG9kK1wZh3heSz8\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Student proxy authorization<\/a>\u00a0(PDF) with your signature.<\/li>\n<li>Transcript release form (available on campus).<\/li>\n<li>A clear copy of your official photo ID or driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<li>Their own official photo ID or driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order by Mail<\/h3>\n<p>Allow up to four business days for processing, plus additional time for mail delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Mail a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1GMw65W2bwZ-cNfV6UoLNc68q1y07o6jI\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">transcript request form<\/a>&nbsp;and a photocopy of your valid photo ID to:<\/p>\n<p>Admissions\/Records<br \/>Attn: Transcript Request<br \/>P.O.
